Remember to Check in at Practices!

PLEASE REMEMBER…it’s important to check in and out at Shooting Sports practices!

Check-in sheets are a safety measure to account for everyone in attendance. But it’s also how we log your practices. A minimum of 4 practices is required to be eligible for county shoots—if you don't check in, the practice DOES NOT count.

PRINT the name of each 4-H Shooting Sports member participating on a separate line. Then print the parent/guardian’s name and the total number of people in your group, including parents, siblings, guests, etc. We must be able to read your name to log your attendance!

Archery Practice Begins Outdoors / May 1, 2025

Archery practices are moving outdoors this Thursday, May 1 at The Ranch. We’ll have longer distances and 3D targets.

Enter the Ranch from County Road 5 at the southeast entrance to Arena Circle. Take the 4-H Access Road, travel through Gate 7, and park on the west side of the road. Practice will be held in the grassy area to the east.

Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Bring chairs, water, sunscreen, bug spray, and your archery equipment.
