Have you attended the Annual Safety Meeting? Go fill out the required paperwork form online! The link and information was given at the end of the Zoom meeting.
We need it by Monday, April 11 at 5:00 p.m. to schedule you for the In-Person Orientation on April 16. And all members must complete it before they are eligible to practice.
