Firearms and Ammunition

.22 caliber pistol, semi-automatic, or revolver. Use .22 long rifle ammunition. Suppressors and muzzle brakes are not allowed. Magazines: Extended capacity magazines protruding more than 1” below the firearm are prohibited. Protruding magazines may not be used as a support.

Course of Fire

Camp Perry Round Modified (Targets) at 25 yards: Slow (10 shots), Timed (15 shots), and Rapid (15 shots).

Silhouettes: Chickens (40 yards), Pigs (60 yards), Turkeys (77 yards), Rams (100 yards).

Positions

Juniors: 2-handed.

Seniors: 1-handed for target, 1-handed or 2-handed for silhouettes.

Required Equipment

Safety glasses.

Ear protection.

Pistol case.

Clear bore indicator.

Magazines.

Optional Equipment

Binoculars or spotting scope.

Two extra magazines.

Scope or red-dot sight for silhouettes.

    .22 Pistol

For Target: Open sights. Safe trigger over 2 lb. Semi-auto, barrel length of no more than 10" measured from breech face to muzzle. Revolvers, a barrel length of no more than 10" including the cylinder.

Silhouettes: Any sights that do not project an image, laser, or light on the target. Factory standard barrel length of no more than 12" measured from breech face to muzzle. Weight no more than 5 lb. Safe trigger over 2 lb.
