Kneeling rolls: Maximum size 7 inches in diameter by 9 1/2 inches in length. Made of pliable material.

Shooting mats: Not to exceed 1-inch thickness.

Bullet board.

Binoculars or spotting scope.

Rifle stand.

Classes and Equipment

.22 Rifle Hunt (50 Foot)

.22 ammunition long or short, standard velocity is recommended (no .22 magnum caliber allowed). Aperture sights and front globe sights are not allowed. Single-shot bolt action or lever action are preferred, however any action type may be used if it can be loaded one round at a time in a safe manner. The weight of the rifle may not exceed 7.5 pounds. All rifles must have the appearance of a standard hunting rifle with a maximum outside barrel dimension of .675 inches at the widest point of the muzzle. Suppressors and muzzle brakes are not allowed.

Crickett rifle sights: This after-market sight replaces the existing Cricket sights, allowing the rifle to be used in the Hunt class. Click here for information.

.22 Rifle 4P (50 Foot Sporter)

Sights must be peep-type aperture, front and rear. No open sights, red dot sights, aim-point type sights, or scopes allowed. The weight of the rifle with sights may not exceed 8.5 pounds. Shooting gloves are allowed (Larimer County can provide). A sling may be used except when in standing position. Thumb-hole stocks, palm rests, heel rests, Scheutzen-type, and hooked-type butt plates are prohibited. All rifles must have the appearance of a sporter rifle. Suppressors and muzzle brakes are not allowed.

.22 Rifle 3P (50 Foot International)

Sights must be peep-type aperture. There is no weight limit on the rifle. Shooting coats/jackets and gloves are mandatory (Larimer County can provide). A sling may be used except in the standing position. Shooting pants and shoes are optional. All rifles must have the appearance of a sporter rifle. Suppressors and muzzle brakes are not allowed.

.22 Rifle Scope Hunt (50 Foot)

A fixed 4X magnification telescopic sight or a variable magnification telescopic sight set at a maximum of 4X magnification, with a maximum body tube diameter of 1" shall be used. The rifle weight with scope may not exceed 7.5 pounds, including the scope. All rifles must have the appearance of a standard hunting rifle with a maximum outside barrel dimension of .675 inches at the widest point of the muzzle. Suppressors and muzzle brakes are not allowed.

Safety glasses, ear protection, rifle case, clear bore indicator (CBI). Shooting mat, kneeling roll, bullet board, sling, shooting glove, binoculars or spotting scope, rifle stand.
3P .22 caliber rifle with peep sights. Appearance of a sporter rifle.

Use .22 long rifle ammunition.
No limit 3 target pages each with 2 sight-in bulls and 10 scoring bulls. 1 shot per scoring bull at 50 feet. Prone, Standing, Kneeling. Safety glasses, ear protection, rifle case, clear bore indicator (CBI), shooting jacket, shooting glove. Shooting mat, kneeling roll, bullet board, sling, shooting pants, binoculars or spotting scope, rifle stand.
Scope .22 caliber rifle with scope sights (maximum 4x magnification). Appearance of a standard hunting rifle with maximum outside barrel dimension of .675 inches at widest point of muzzle.

Use .22 long rifle ammunition.
7.5 pounds including scope 4 target pages each with 2 sight-in bulls and 10 scoring bulls. 1 shot per scoring bull at 50 feet. Prone, Standing, Kneeling, Sitting.
